My focus is on the decisions that happen before any screen gets drawn: how a system should be structured, where the real friction is, and what tradeoffs are worth making.

I lead design across full product lifecycles, working closely with product and engineering from early scoping through to shipped systems. The environments I've gravitated toward are ones where the design challenge goes beyond usability into product architecture.

I'm comfortable with dense data, multiple user roles, systems that have to scale.

I also work at the systems level, defining how design scales across a product and building the component and token foundations that keep design aligned with engineering as products grow.

Outside work, I like tinkering with electronics and building 3D-printed or wood parts.
